Your church can be automatically approved for a loan to purchase the equipment or real estate you need now.
We offer low rates and repayment terms of up to 60 months for equipment and 360 months for real estate.
We can finance pews, air-conditioning and heating systems, organs, sound and video equipment, pianos, computers, renovations, ground up construction, land, or just about any type of equipment or real estate your church needs.
Our Church Equipment Finance Programs
We offer 3 specific programs so that every church nationwide can qualify to get financing for any equipment their growing church needs. Below is a brief description of each program and what a church would need in order to qualify for that specific program.
Standard Church Program
- Church must be established for 2+ years
- Church must have a personal guarantor
- Church must be registered with the state (i.e. secretary of state)
- All denominations accepted
- $5,000 minimum for equipment purchase loan
Established Church Program
- Church must be established for 10+ years
- No personal guarantors needed (corp only)
- Church must be registered with the state (i.e. secretary of state)
- All denominations accepted
- $5,000 minimum for equipment purchase loan
Start-Up Church Program
- Church must be established for 0-2 years
- Church must have a personal guarantor
- Church must be registered with the state (i.e. secretary of state)
- All denominations accepted
- $5,000 minimum for equipment purchase loan
Our Church Real Estate Finance Programs
We offer many types of real estate financing for churches in all stages of the credit cycle. This can include interest-only payment loans for 3 years, 30-year fixed rate loans with no guarantees, and everything in between. Even for churches that are facing foreclosure, bankruptcy, or struggling to make payments, we can usually help.
Our church real estate financing programs include over 20 different options primarily in these areas:
- Refinance: Whether you're looking to decrease the interest rate on your current loan or have a balloon note coming due, we can provide you a quote.
- Renovation: If you're looking to renovate or expand an existing building, we can provide you a quote.
- Ground Up Construction: If your church needs a loan to construct a new building, we have programs that can provide 100% of the construction costs if you already own the property. We can also provide a construction loan that automatically turns into a permanent loan upon completion.
- Building and/or Land Acquisition: If your church does not own property, we can provide up to 80% of the total project cost including the purchase of the land. We can also provide loans on raw land acquisitions.
